Frequently asked questions 

1. Who will my order be shipped with?

Your orders are processed and shipped from France with our partner La Poste. 

2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We process the order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our delivery time takes 24/48 hours and the post office needs an other 48 hours to prepare your offer. (indicative time and not guaranteed by the Post office).

3. Which payment menthods do you accept?

We accept advance payment, PayPal or credit card. 

Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.  

4. Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Mastercard and VISA.

5. Where can I send my returns?

6. My sonic toothbrush does not charge anymore. What can I do?

Please test the cable first. To do so, replace it with a standard mobile phone charger. Please also wash both the handle and the charging station (remember to unplug it first!). Both are waterproof, so washing is safe. If you then place the toothbrush on the charging station, does it light up? If so, let the device continue charging overnight and test to see if the battery has recharged in the morning. If it doesn't light up, then the toothbrush is faulty. In this case, you can return your toothbrush handle and the charging station to us here so we can check and send you a new one.

7. The power button on my sonic toothbrush is stuck. What should I do?

It is often the case that toothpaste residue collects around the button so that it can no longer be pushed down. To fix this, run the button under warm water and then carefully dry it. You may need to repeat this 2-3 times before the button can once again be pushed. Don't worry, the toothbrush is waterproof and rinsing the handle is safe. If this doesn't solve the issue, please return just your handle to us (without heads and charger) and we will happily replace it for you.
